Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician BT to join our center-based team. You will work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have autism, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapies under BCBA supervision.

We provide paid training to become an RBT, strong clinical mentorship, and a path to leadership. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with benefits and a supportive culture focused on teamwork and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
• Building skills through play, connection, and presence to help a child feel safe enough to try
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
• Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days
