Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is hiring an RBT to implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans for children and teens. You will collaborate with a BCBA to monitor progress and communicate with caregivers, while documenting session notes, timesheets, and data.

This role offers no weekends, weekdays-only hours, and opportunities for growth, training, and benefits as part of a supportive team focused on meaningful outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Behavioral Health or related field is a plus.
• Ability to earn your RBT certification within 45 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans with ABA principles.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and provide a safe, supportive environment.
• Team up with the BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets.
• Collect and record data on targeted behaviors.
• Use engaging instructional materials to motivate learners.
• Opportunity to support multiple clinics if desired.
