Job summary

Autism 360 is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to start or grow a meaningful career in ABA. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, building communication and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with 30+ hours per week, paid training, and a full benefits package. Join a supportive team that coaches and collaborates to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings.
• Ability to stay active throughout the day, including sitting, standing, walking, and running as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide engaging, child-centered one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect accurate electronic session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members throughout the day.
• Support a positive, safe, and structured learning environment for clients.
