Job summary

Autism 360 is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a structured setting. You will learn clinical skills and work with a supportive team to help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with training and ongoing supervision from BCBA staff, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Providing engaging, child-centered one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collecting accurate electronic session data.
• Collaborating with BCBAs and fellow team members throughout the day.
• Supporting a positive, safe, and structured learning environment for clients.
