Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings. You will provide ABA therapy, help kids build communication, social and independence skills, and receive hands-on training and mentorship.

This role requires data collection on treatment goals, collaboration with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and ongoing support for families with progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
