Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism. Work in clinical, school, or home settings under BCBA guidance to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and help learners reach their potential.

You will collect data, implement plans, and collaborate with caregivers to track progress, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Eligible to earn RBT certification within 45 days.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience with autism preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and provide safe environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA and update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets.
• Collect data on behavior.
• Use engaging materials to motivate learners.
