Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans and recording data to track progress.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours and opportunities to advance through ABA schooling partnerships. You will work with a supportive clinical team and have access to same-day pay to support your schedule and needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Act as a key member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
