Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children and teens with autism, under the guidance of a BCBA. This role offers paid RBT training, opportunities for cross-site support, and a collaborative work environment focused on positive outcomes for families.

The position requires empathy, strong communication, and a commitment to integrity. Work is Monday–Friday with no weekends, and generous PTO plus bonuses support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.
• Experience with kids with autism is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and integrity.
• Full-time is considered to be at least 30 working hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans and collect data on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to update progress.
• Support multiple clinics if needed.
