Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to support children with autism or developmental delays in home, clinic, or school settings. The part-time role offers afternoon/evening shifts from 2 to 8 pm, with pay of $20–$24 per hour and potential raise after RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Preferred: student or graduate in psychology or related field.
• RBT/BCAT/ABAT certifications or ABA training certificates are a plus.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to build skills.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions.
