Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is hiring an entry-level Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children aged 2–21 in center and home settings under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities and paid training for RBT, Safety Care and CPR.

You’ll collect data, implement treatment plans across multiple environments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or pursuing related field preferred.
• Interest and willingness to work with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy to children and young adults with autism under supervision.
• Collect and maintain accurate client data and ensure session notes.
• Implement treatment plans across centers, homes, and communities.
