Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. seeks Behavior Technicians (RBT required) to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. You will receive paid training and work a part-time schedule with flexible afternoons and early evenings.

Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, with travel to nearby client locations within a 20–40 mile radius. A High School Diploma and active RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Active RBT Certification is required and must be current.
• Reliable transportation with a valid license, registration and insurance.
• Ability to travel to client locations within 20–40 miles.
• Interest in working with children; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, run and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA training provided.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills development.
• Travel to client homes and local community sites to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
