Job summary

Autism 360 is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to start or grow a meaningful career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We offer a structured, supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and make a real difference every day.

As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, build communication and daily living skills, and work toward individualized goals under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative teamwork are essential.
• Ability to pass required screenings and obtain transportation.
• Ability to stay active throughout the day and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect accurate session data electronically.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members.
• Maintain a safe, structured learning environment.
