Alight Behavioral is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum. We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs, offering full-time and part-time roles with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play skills and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.
