Alight Behavioral Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum in a hands-on, supportive environment, with structured supervision and regular performance feedback.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs; both full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training, career growth opportunities, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; training offered.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.
