Avion ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support clients to improve functioning.

This in-person role offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment. Competitive pay ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, with comprehensive training and mentorship for BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• High school diploma or equivalent in education.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide ABA therapy directly with clients.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors.
