Job summary

Autism 360 in Charlotte, NC is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to start or grow a career in ABA. You will deliver one-on-one therapy to children in a structured setting, building communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 30+ hours/week, paid training, supportive BCBA supervision, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implementing one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Providing engaging, child-centered ABA therapy.
• Collecting accurate session data.
• Collaborating with BCBAs and team members.
• Maintaining a positive, safe learning environment.
