Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA supervisors in home, school, or community settings, supporting each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families.
• Ability to follow instructions, implement plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client’s home, school, or community as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
