Job summary

A Bright Future, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support participants across home, school, and community settings.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship within a participant-centered program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology or related field.
• Minimum of three years experience implementing behavior intervention services with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services and supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in participants' homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect behavioral data and document progress.
• Teach communication, daily living skills, and social interaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Attend supervision sessions and trainings.
