Epic Minds Therapy is hiring a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in person with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and support progress toward goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, adherence to HIPAA, and ongoing training to enhance skills in behavioral health and education. Pay ranges with part-time/flex options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong patient care principles and data collection skills.
• Ability to conduct assessments and maintain confidentiality per standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in intake and data gathering processes.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals for holistic care.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
