Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor in related fields is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• Current RBT certification (preferred) through BACB or willing to complete within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community per BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
