Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. (BPI) is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients with Autism in clinics, homes, schools and community settings.

You will work with BCBA/BCBA-D and learn to help clients develop communication, self-help and social skills while maintaining safety. We welcome all levels; training provided; strong attendance required; flexible schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse/neglect registry check.
• Clear MVR background check as required by position.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients with Autism.
• Work with clients in clinics, homes, schools and community settings.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCBA-D and manage challenging behaviors and social skills.
