Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision and help clients achieve their goals.

You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBAs and the team in regular training sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, dedicated to supporting individuals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or communities under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity.
• Collect and accurately record data to track progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support and build rapport with clients and families.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines at all times.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
