Heartlinks ABA is looking for a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings, helping children with autism build communication, social, and independence skills. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs while working directly with families.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with a supervising BCBA, and ongoing support for families to implement strategies and track progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
