Job summary

Heartlinks ABA! is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings around Concord, NC. You will work under BCBA supervision to help kids build communication, social, and independence skills.

Flexible full-time or part-time shifts are available, with ongoing training and supervision. A High School diploma and Active RBT certification are required, along with reliable transportation and after-school availability.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after‑school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
