Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Wilson, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by BCBAs and supporting each client’s goals.

This role emphasizes learning, helping others, and delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children.
• Valid driver’s license if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under supervision.
• Accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families and build rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
