Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate RBTs and BTs to join a mission-driven team delivering ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or communities. You’ll implement BCBA-approved plans, collect data, and collaborate with clinicians to support each client’s goals.

This role emphasizes learning, development, and meaningful client impact, with flexible schedules and a supportive team culture designed to help you grow in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; psychology/education degree considered a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children (sitting, standing, lifting, movement).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in the client’s home, school, or community as directed by the BCBA and RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain high professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
