Job summary

Headway Services is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to help a 4.5-year-old boy with autism through in-home, one-on-one therapy based on BCBA-designed plans. The role offers hourly pay of $18-$25 and a $200 sign-on bonus, with evening and weekend hours in New Jersey.

You'll track progress with data collection and collaborate with families to reinforce skills in communication, socialization, and daily living.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician 4.5 year old boy

• Location: New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00 pm-7:00pm, Saturday 1pm-3pm

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
