Job summary

Headway Services is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to support a 3.5 year old boy in New Jersey. You will provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA plans, and track progress with data collection. This part-time position offers a $18–$25 hourly rate and a $200 sign-on bonus.

Flexible scheduling with Mon-Thu mornings and opportunities to grow with experienced BCBAs. Travel locally required, and a background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
