Job summary

Headway Services in Warren, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 4-year-old boy, following BCBA-developed plans. This part-time role offers hourly pay of $18-$25 and a $200 sign-on bonus, with support from experienced BCBAs and flexible scheduling.

You will collect data, track progress, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with families for consistency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 4 year old boy

• Location: Warren, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8-2 pm
