Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician for in-home sessions with a 9-year-old client in Parlin, New Jersey. The role offers part-time hours, with Monday–Friday 4:00pm–7:00pm and some weekend slots, and pays $18–$25 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, track progress with data, and help develop communication, socialization and daily living skills, collaborating closely with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patient and empathetic with a passion for helping others.

• Location: Parlin- Madison Park, New Jersey
• Job Type: Part time
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00pm- 7:00pm, Weekends 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
