Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to a 6-year-old boy in Hamilton Township, Trenton, New Jersey. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly pay range and a $200 sign-on bonus, with scheduling Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings.

Deliver ABA therapy per BCBA plans, track progress with data, and support communication, social, and daily living skills. Travel to local locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.

Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 6 year old boy

• Location: Hamilton Township, Trenton, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:30pm- 7:00pm

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
