Job summary

Headway Services in Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one therapy for a seven-year-old girl. The role offers part-time scheduling and competitive pay of $18–$25 per hour, plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will work under BCBA-developed plans, track progress with data collection, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills while coordinating with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans
• Track client progress through data collection
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living
