Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans. You will track progress with data collection and support the development of communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

This part-time role offers competitive pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus. Travel to clients' homes is required, and collaboration with families helps ensure consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for helping others.

• Job Type: Part time
• Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5-7pm
