Headway Services seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans, supporting skill-building and data tracking while travelling to Perth Amboy, NJ. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma (BA in Psychology a plus), and a willingness to pass a background check. RBT certification is preferred and travel locally is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
