Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 3.5-year-old client in New Jersey. The role offers part-time hours, a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm, and pay of $18–$25 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include data-driven progress tracking, skill-building in communication and daily living, and collaboration with families to ensure consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in Psychology a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for helping others.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children beneficial but not required.
