Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is hiring Behavior Technicians at our Spokane Center to support children on the autism spectrum through ABA-based sessions. No prior experience required; paid training and education will help you become a Registered Behavior Technician.

You will work full-time, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday sessions. Competitive pay ($18.24–$21.89/hour) and benefits for full-time teammates, plus opportunities for career advancement and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA-based sessions and document progress.
• Assist clients in building communication and daily living skills.
• Engage in full-time schedule 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday sessions.
