Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using ABA-based approaches. This full-time role includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician and 1:1 client sessions designed to develop essential communication and independence skills.

No prior experience is required; the team emphasizes growth, teamwork and dedication. Centers operate 8:00 am–6:00 pm, with Saturday sessions for make-up appointments as needed.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based support to children during 1:1 sessions.
• Document client progress and update treatment plans.
• Promote communication and daily living skill development.
• Attend to clients during the full-time schedule 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Mon–Fri.

Education
