You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistent intervention. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred.
• RBT certification may be preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans (BIPs) under supervision.
• Use ABA strategies like DTT and Naturalistic Teaching.
• Collect data and document progress per UTC policies.
• Provide positive reinforcement and facilitate client engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers.
• Manage challenging behaviors per plans and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.
