United Therapy Center (UTC) is seeking a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in Riverside, CA. This part-time role offers paid training and an hourly pay range of $21.00–$26.00, along with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers to promote skill development and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Background check and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans and follow BCBA-developed interventions.
• Collect and document data accurately.
• Support clients with reinforcement-based strategies.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and professionalism.
