Job summary

Miracles Therapy Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role offers hourly pay and full benefits.

No experience? Paid training is provided. You will implement BIPs, collect data, engage clients, and collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to ensure consistent intervention across settings.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans: Follow BIPs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies such as DTT, Naturalistic Teaching, and Reinforcement.
• Data collection and session notes in line with UTC policies.
• Provide client engagement with positive reinforcement to support skill development.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers for consistency.
• Manage challenging behaviors per individual plans and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education.
