Miracles Therapy Center (MTC) is seeking a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors, therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistent intervention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check and TB test required.
• Experience with autism preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement Behavior Plans: Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Behavioral Support Strategies: Utilize behavior-analytic strategies such as DTT and Naturalistic Teaching to support clients.
• Data Collection & Documentation: Accurately track client progress and submit session notes.
• Client Engagement: Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to encourage skill development.
• Collaboration: Work with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers for consistent intervention across settings.
• Challenging Behaviors: Manage behaviors per individual plans and training.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism: Adhere to HIPAA and maintain professional conduct.
• Ongoing Training: Participate in required training and continuing education.
