Miracles Therapy Center in Los Angeles is hiring a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans and use ABA strategies under supervision, while collecting data and tracking progress.

Paid training is provided, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth. A background check and TB test are required, and bilingual Spanish helps in serving our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and TB test.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans under supervision.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Provide positive reinforcement and engage clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA, therapists, caregivers.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Attend required trainings.
