Job summary

Miracles Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in the Los Angeles area. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and work with BCBA supervisors to help clients achieve goals.

No experience? Paid training is provided, along with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth. A high school diploma or GED is required, RBT is preferred, and travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Pass background check and TB test required.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Apply DTT, Naturalistic Teaching, and reinforcement techniques.
• Collect data and submit session notes per UTC policies.
• Engage clients with positive reinforcement to develop skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers for consistency.
• Manage challenging behaviors according to plans and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism per HIPAA.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education.
