Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, delivering ABA services under supervision and collecting progress data. The role supports families and collaborates with supervisors to implement treatment plans in multiple settings including home and school.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: currently enrolled in college coursework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other settings.
• Address challenging behaviors with PBIS techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Submit timecards and notes on time.
