Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey seeks Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing 1-1 ABA treatment under the supervision of BCBA for children from 2 to 15 years old.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 3pm-7pm or 4pm-7pm, with a pay rate of $18–$24 per hour. We offer paid training, career growth, and benefits for full-time staff, plus a supportive, child-centered work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral support preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with activities during sessions for children aged 2–15 as needed.
