Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians to provide 1-1 treatment in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. The role supports children from 2 to 15 years old with autism and other development needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on the treatment plan.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans as directed by BCBA/LBA.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with movement and activities during sessions with children aged 2–15.
