Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians for center-based 1-1 support with children aged 2-15 in New Jersey. You will implement behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and assist families in applying treatments.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3pm–7pm or 4pm–7pm. Compensation ranges from $18–$24/hour, with paid training, growth opportunities, and a team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental delays is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (movement, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
