Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT) to support clients with ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings in Sewell, NJ. The role requires afternoon/evening availability and may include Saturday shifts.

Starting pay is $19.35/hour for BT and $21.40/hour for RBT, with compensation determined by experience and training. Training is provided, with a clear path to RBT certification and ongoing mentorship to advance within ABA Centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
