Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians for our center-based program in the United States. You will work one-on-one with children to implement behavioral plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compensation range $19–$24 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff.
• Assist with activities and ensure safety during sessions with children aged 2–15.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
