Alora Behavioral Health is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, supporting developmental milestones, and improving quality of life. The role offers competitive pay ($21.00–$25.00/hour), paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time options.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: At least 15 hours available during afternoons and evenings.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel time compensated).
• Requirements: Pass criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, immunity proof to MMR and Varicella.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals throughout the session as set forth in the treatment plan.
• Work in various settings (home, community, school, clinic, or other) with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques developed by a Supervisor and BCBA.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes for each session on time per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow all ethical standards related to ABA service delivery and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Assist with new hire training by providing overlaps and shadowing opportunities.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Currently enrolled in college or has completed some college coursework
